We are looking for a new addition to our team for the position of Service Desk Supervisorr. What will you do?

• Administer, maintain and monitor all operations of the service desk, first line and second line support
• Provide first response technical support for end user connectivity, services and hardware issues
• Identify technical issues and escalate to appropriate resources
• Perform hardware and software installation using established network imaging technology
• Develop/maintain desktop and network support documentation and operating procedures
• Perform troubleshooting for all kind of IT related problems, physically or remotely
• Maintain inventory of desktop hardware and software
• Provide knowledge improvement to IT colleagues
• Maintain all information in a confidential manner
• Other duties as assigned
