🔧 Role Overview

As an SAP HCM Solutions Consultant, you’ll support the design, rollout, and upkeep of our SAP payroll landscape across selected European countries. You’ll juggle configuration tasks, troubleshoot issues, and perform quality checks—all while working closely with stakeholders to meet deadlines and regulatory requirements.

📋 Key Duties

📝 Technical Specification: Interpret business needs into clear SAP HCM payroll configurations for one or more markets.

🛠️ Configuration & Troubleshooting: Set up payroll modules, resolve system errors, and fine-tune performance.

🧪 Validation & QA: Create and execute test cases, log defects, and verify fixes to maintain system integrity.

🤝 Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Solution Managers and local teams to ensure solutions are user-friendly, maintainable, and compliant.

📚 Process Adherence: Follow best-practice frameworks for development, testing, and documentation.
