The Technical Mission

🏗️ Architect the Enterprise DNA – Design and own the global data model. You’ll be the authority on Relational, Dimensional, and Data Vault structures to support diverse, high-impact use cases.

🧠 Operationalize AI & Analytics – You aren't just drawing diagrams. You will review, optimize, and productionize models proposed by Data Engineers and Scientists to ensure they are scalable and high-performing.

🛠️ Full-Stack Data Ownership – Lead the evolution of the BI platform architecture—from raw ingestion layers to sophisticated executive presentation layers.

🛡️ Strategic Governance – Implement the blueprints for data quality, security, and availability, ensuring every design adheres to GDPR and SOX standards by default.

📈 Tech Leadership – Define the "game plan" and best practices for the hub, translating complex business requirements into elegant, innovative technical solutions.
