We are seeking candidates who can speak German and English fluently. Someone, who already has experience in IT-related customer support. And someone, who is interested in this field, and wants to become part of a well-known international company based in Prague.
You would:
- Specify new and existing integration requirements ( including the technical perspective) to our partners
- Overview of the process from A to Z
- Implement the integration scenario on the company’s EDI platform in cooperation with the partners
- Work closely with the development team
- Troubleshoot procedures
- Be in charge of the administration of technical and organizational data
