Currently we are looking for suitable candidates to position of APPLICATION SUPPORT and start your career in well-known IT company!

Job description:

  • administration of systems and applications
  • assist to customers with configuration of service application
  • manage onboarding of customers into application
  • support migration
  • user management
  • troubleshooting and solving incidents
  • IT devices management
  • communication and coordination
  • reporting

Longterm cooperation for 20 hours/week.

Start: immediately

Location: Prague 4 - near Chodov metro station

Salary: 180 CZK/hour

Požadavky
  • High school/University education - student of IT field
  • IT background is must
  • excellent English (both verbal and written) and good communication skills
  • advanced knowledge of MS Excel - pivot tables, lookup, if formulas etc.
  • knowledge of SQL, Operating systems and scripting (bash, powershell) is advantage
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • team player
