Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Managing end-to-end talent acquisition delivery for your assigned region or country.
- Responsibility for client hiring activities in line with market norms for various job profiles and the agreed talent acquisition process.
- Candidate ´s screening, sourcing, and other aspects of talent acquisition process, monitoring and continuous Improvement of process and productivity.
- Acting as an advisor for your hiring managers in various stages and aspects of the talent acquisition process.
- As a Team Lead you will have people management responsibilities for a small team of up to 5 recruiters supporting talent acquisition for the same region or countries.
