An international software company is searching for Talent Acquisition Specialist!

If you have experience in transactional positions,

Your responsibilities will be:

Vendor management (recruiting agencies, job boards and systems providers) and training Talent Acquisition teams on the processes
Maintenance of relationships with stakeholders in Procurement, Accounts Payable and Finance teams as well as Talent Acquisition managers across all regions
Guidance of new vendors through onboarding process; risk management & data security assessment process
PO management for the global TA team
Support internal projects by performing tasks including project coordination/tracking, process documentation and internal communications

Contract: min. 12 months

Požadavky

Requirements:

Min. 5-year experience in HR or talent acquisition administrative support, or HR shared services
Excellent communication skills
Ability to navigate in a fast paced, ambiguous environment and manage multiple stakeholders
Passion and ability to promote methods, procedures, systems, or process improvements that reduce time and effort and enhance scalability
High adaptability to new systems and processes
Experience in creating and managing spreadsheets
Creative and extremely detail-oriented
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
