Your responsibilities will be:

• Vendor management (recruiting agencies, job boards and systems providers) and training Talent Acquisition teams on the processes
• Maintenance of relationships with stakeholders in Procurement, Accounts Payable and Finance teams as well as Talent Acquisition managers across all regions
• Guidance of new vendors through onboarding process; risk management & data security assessment process
• PO management for the global TA team
• Support internal projects by performing tasks including project coordination/tracking, process documentation and internal communications

Contract: min. 12 months
