Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

• Responsibility for the global recruitment process in operations delivery and for process documentation and its application in your respective region.
• Participation in standardizing the global recruitment process with and help capturing and allowing localizations driven by legal requirements or system driven requirements only, for respective region.
• Implementation of business process excellence improvements.
• Cooperation with the delivery team in your region
• Candidate ´s screening, sourcing, and other aspects of the talent acquisition process, monitoring and continuous Improvement of process and productivity.
