• Leading the whole TA process, implementing recruitment strategies
• Working on various projects, recruitment/acquisition project management, and coordination
• Daily communication with the TA team and TA Business Partners aimed at IT
• Communication with IT vendors
• Managing new service requests, providing TA services, implementing changes in new processes
• Ensuring a fluent communication and cooperation with hiring managers and internal teams
• Supporting the acquisition and recruitment process
• Building relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Reporting to legal and compliance departments
