Among your everyday obligations are:
- Management of talent acquisition services within complex functions and client groups
- Responsibility for implementation of recruitment and selection activities for the customer group
- Leading of data driven programs and global technology
- Collaboration with IT business partners
- Communication among vendor, internal and IT teams
- Responsibility for smooth application of new process changes and trainings
- Monitoring and tracking of key risks and reporting
Start: immediately
Contract: till December 2023, with a possibility of prolongation
