Software & AI Engineer – Cybersecurity

We are looking for an experienced Software & AI Engineer to build and develop internal cybersecurity platforms and developer tools. This role combines full-stack software engineering, AI-assisted development, agent harness engineering, application security, Python development, MCP server design, and AWS cloud architecture. You will use advanced AI coding agents, particularly Claude Code, to move quickly from requirements to production-ready software solutions. You will take ownership of architecture, security, code quality, and production outcomes, ensuring fast delivery without compromising reliability or engineering standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver secure, reliable software solutions using AI coding agents, particularly Claude Code.
- Build and maintain Python-based services, web applications, integrations, and developer tools.
- Design and implement MCP servers, tools, and AI agent workflows.
- Develop and optimize custom AI harnesses for cybersecurity scanning, including hardcoded secrets detection, SAST, and SCA.
- Review, validate, and improve AI-generated code to ensure security, quality, and reliability.
- Design, implement, and maintain secure AWS cloud architecture and deployment workflows.
- Take ownership of technical solutions from initial requirements through implementation and production delivery.

Požadavky
- Proven experience with AI coding agents, agent harness engineering, and designing MCP servers, tools, and AI agent workflows in a production environment.
- Strong Python development skills, including experience with automated testing.
- Solid cloud engineering and architecture experience, primarily with AWS.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, application security, and secure software development practices, including experience with SAST, SCA, and secrets detection.
- Experience developing developer-facing CLI tools and internal cybersecurity platforms is an advantage.
- Strong technical judgment, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to take ownership, work independently, and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
