Job tasks:
- monitoring of service levels (recruitment support department) and site performance
- delivering root cause analysis to identify misses in SLA’s through deep dives of data
- ensure effective management of the incoming and outbound phone, chat, text and email volume
- fix the issues impacting candidates experience in real time
- plan, implement/improve the new/existing processes & tools with a focus on standardization and automation of real time management processes
- communication with vendor partners
- reporting
The contract is for 6 month with possibility of prolongation
