Your role will include Consulting, Project Management and Change Management!

Main responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to projects and initiatives to support developing practical recommendations based on the assessment of current environment and the marketplace
• Participate in full consulting and engagement lifecycle by supporting the delivery of one-off or recurring projects, including implementation of recommendations
• Engage and actively contribute to the production of reports and other client deliverables
• Support preparation and facilitation of interviews with colleagues
• Conduct market research, financial and data analysis to develop actionable and insightful recommendations
• Coach and inspire more junior team members
• Develop your internal network of colleagues to ensure you well understand the firm’s objectives and needs
