Your daily responsibilities will be:
- Validation of existing data
- Preparing reports, dashboards, and analysis
- Managing calculations of sales commissions
- Assisting with the design cycle for compensation planning from conception to implementation.
- Deciding on and detecting sales potential, trends, and correlation to give sales organizations useful input to boost sales productivity.
- Participating in the process of commissions payments
- Implementing business structure and making changes in the internal system
- Proposing solutions for existing issues
- Cooperating with sales leader and other team members
- Ad-hoc tasks
