Do you have extensive experience in Project Management and Procurement?

We are looking for experts who will lead procurement operations and execute project management activities with the GPO buying team of a reputable international company with branches in over 50 countries.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Lead a team of EPMO specialist
• P2P activities in cooperation with internal stakeholders and external clients
• Developing and executing end-to-end project management activities
• Deliver Procurement Operations services including the following per the client scope of services: Supplier Enablement, Catalog Enablement, Contract Administration, End User and Supplier Support and Training
• Manage a portfolio of critical project initiatives
• Drive and manage activities within the Enablement Operations (governance approach, consolidated dashboards, etc.) for SAP Ariba Team by closely liaising with the key stakeholders within the management teams
• Manage Enablement Operations for SAP Ariba Team
• Organize regular meetings with external stakeholders to coordinate during the enablement cycle
• Ensure that all requirements, project plans, and changes to commitment are communicated to all affected team members
