At the position of Project Director you will be responsible for:
- The project delivery results
- Formulates the project organization structure and organizational construction and manages, appraises and motivates project team members
- Manage internal and external stakeholders of the project, balance the requirements of all parties, determine the project scope in accordance with the contract, and set reasonable project objectives
- Take charge of project operation, organize the project team, payment collection, invoice issuance, improve the project implementation efficiency including the inventory turnover and site acceptance period
- Manages customer relationships in the project implementation phase, and establishes, coordinates, and improves customer relationships through effective communication management and project operation
- Makes decisions for major problems in the project implementation process, and raises alarms and escalates them in a timely manner
- Be responsible for project risk control compliance and other responsibilities
