Our client, an international company based in Prague is currently looking for a motivated candidate for the position of an Order to Cash Manager.

It has to be an experienced manager with at least 7-10 years of proven team leader experience.

Your responsibilities:

• Reviewing monthly order-to-cash metrics to ensure accuracy and action items
• Incoming migration projects and initiative
• Following internal controls and ensuring accuracy of accounts
• Delivering financial reporting to customers or financial directors
• Oversee the day-to-day activities performer by the team to ensure accurate and timely closing procedures are complete
• Ensure that all the customer needs and relationships are fulfilled through proactive involvement and interaction
• Bringing new ideas and efficiency suggestions to continuously improve our processes
• KPIs improvement
• Active participation on the board of managers, sharing ideas.
