We are looking for OFFICE COORDINATOR/MANAGER!
your main responsibilities:
* Define organizational office space needs and create effective and long-term office solution
* Manage on daily basis relationship with office developer / partner to ensure right quality of service in cost effective way
* Deliver assistant service to CZ Team including traveling management and coordination of calendars
* Be responsible for expenses settlement for CZ Management Team in line with company procedures
* Be responsible for organizing internal company conferences, meeting and events
* Manage administrationwith approved budget

* 2-3 years of work experience on coordinator / assistant position
* Fluent english
* Experience in organizing company conferences and meetings
* Strong communication skills
* Energic, optimistic personality
