Responsibilities:

  • Project & Event Planning activities
  • Update project plans, assign actions to owners and communicate actions, to support the timely execution of marketing activities
  • Organize projects and events meetings, take accurate minutes of meetings, and communicate key points to the attendees
  • Support the logistics activities, to ensure timely availability of events equipment
  • Ensure the availability of standardized documentation, to bring efficiency in the internal processes
  • Participate in adhoc projects related to customer experience improvements and sales communication
  • Reporting
  • Ad hoc tasks

Salary: 160 - 180 CZK/h

Start: ASAP

Contract: part-time contract (20h/w), cooperation for next 3-6 months

Location: Prague 7

Požadavky
  • Excellent knowledge of English (everyday communication, written and spoken)
  • Marketing background or experience
  • Practical understanding of marketing tools and channels
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Project, Planner, SharePoint)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Great communication skills, able to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Creative thinker that is comfortable bringing new ideas to the table
