As a Logistics Specialist you will:
- follow Safety, Security, and company policies
- ensure smooth operations and meet KPIs
- monitor and troubleshoot daily Transport Management activities (planning, freight orders, deliveries)
- act as main contact for logistics issues, customers, carriers, and warehouses
- advise on late or missed deliveries and arrange alternatives
- support urgent shipments, slot management, and proof of delivery requests
- maintain Order Size Guidelines and assist with Product Returns.
