- Support transition of standard transport orders into a digital form via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
- Daily communication by phone and email with companies' business units
- Close cooperation with IT, Procurement and Logistics departments
- Explain EDI processes to logistics suppliers
- Ensure the correctness of reports
- Oversee the quality of communication
