We are looking for motivated candidates for the position of LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST.

Responsibilities:

• design, concept and delivery of Learning and Development solutions, processes, tools and programs
• provide professional L&D advice to employees and managers for performace improvement
• provide technical guidance and training solutions to employees and managers
• conduct research and learning needs analysis
• contribute to course design
• deliver learning programs/solutions
• develop proposals for L&D improvements and strategy
• training management and administration
• performance management
• vendor management

Contract for definite period with possibility of prolongation.

Location: Prague 4 - Chodov metro

Start: by agreement (sooner is better)
