For our client, top innovation company based in Prague, we are looking for candidates with experiences in the area of Account Payable with advanced level of English (C1).
The Accounts Payable team member shall perform Accounts Payable transaction processing responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner and in accordance with defined operating procedures.

As a Procure to Pay Accountant you will be responsible for matching invoices with orders and for resolving any discrepancies. On regular basis you will be posting data into the accounting system and ensuring that all documents are coded and up to date. Your task will be to communicate with vendors and to analyse their accounts. You will also reconcile vendor’s statements and prepare the payment proposals as per agreed calendar.
