Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to support global IT operations? We're looking for an IT Procurement Specialist to join an international team and play a key role in managing IT-related purchasing and contracts across the EU and US.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinating and managing Purchase Orders (POs), including tracking invoices and approvals
• Monitoring IT spending and updating internal procurement tools
• Supporting the implementation of end-to-end procurement processes
• Managing contracts for IT service providers and ensuring compliance
• Assisting with the transition of contracts between legal entities
• Partnering with European IT leads to monitor local spend and support requests
• Acting as a point of contact for supplier invoice issues
• Assisting with accurate financial recharges and reporting
• Providing general administrative support as needed
