We are currently looking for a HR Services Associate with German in Prague to join our team on our client’s side.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to HR Services team
  • Perform first line customer support by phone
  • Use the SAP archiving module to archive confidential documents
  • Use the administrative software to create documentation
  • Provide support in distributing cases in ServiceNow
  • Monitor the case pool to ensure the timely distribution of cases within agreed SLA (4 hours) in accordance with the assignment rules
  • Provide support in case handling to service delivery team
  • Provide input on case handling process improvements
  • Perform other basic HR Services tasks
  • Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager

  • Over 1 year of experience in HR support
  • Previous experience with SAP
  • Experience working with ServiceNow is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and ability to speak with various levels of colleagues
