Responsibilities:
- Managing administrative tasks related to the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, changes in employment).
- Maintaining and updating employee data in HR systems (such as Workday and SAP).
- Preparing monthly payroll data for external payroll providers, verifying payroll outputs, and generating reports and documentation.
- Daily communication with employees through the system to resolve requests and inquiries.
- Close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external institutions.
- Participation in HR-related projects (e.g., process automation).
- Opportunity to manage individual projects.
