The HR Infrastructure Operations team is looking for an HR Coordinator to join us in Brno, Czech Republic. In this role, you will play an integral part in supporting recruiting efforts by coordinating interviews, maintaining our applicant tracking system (ATS), and drafting employment contracts and all new hire-related documentation. You will work with a diverse HR team and contribute toward continuous improvement of HR services.

You will also contribute to the growth of the company and expand your HR experience by supporting the hiring process and providing excellent experience for our candidates and associates.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews for candidates in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region; support interview coordination in other regions when required
  • Work with managers and recruiters to ensure a positive interview experience for all candidates
  • Arrange travel for candidates and manage reimbursement for interview travel expenses
  • Create employment contracts and all new hire-related documentation; manage delivery and return of all new hire paperwork
  • Work with the Data Coordination and Payroll teams to create new hire accounts
  • Manage the new hire onboarding process, prepare employment confirmation letters, and create contract amendments for current associates
  • Contribute to global People Infrastructure Operations projects
  • 1+ years of experience in HR, learning and development, or in a shared-service environment with a focus on benefits, hiring, human resources information system (HRIS), compensation, training, and compliance
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills
  • Experience with handling different types of issues and challenges; good problem-solving skills
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus
