Your main responsibilities:
- Handling of all local HR standard processes (recruiting to exit) for CZ/SK in close alignment with the Country HR Manager
- Implementation of local standards for all legal entities like harmonized working conditions and benefits
- HR administration including creation of contractual documents and collaboration with local authorities
- HR consulting and guidance in employee relation matters and labor law
- Acting as sparring partner for the local management team
- Implementation of global HR policies and initiatives in accordance with local requirements
- Conducting activities related to building employer branding on the labor market, including contacts with universities and schools
- Close collaboration with the internal HR Shared Service Hub and working on continuous process improvements
- Participating in global project teams and working on new HR initiatives on local and global level
