Responsibilities:
- You will receive questions from your fellow colleagues on a daily basis, you have to be able to log these contacts into the shared case management systems.
- Resolution of such queries with FAQ documents or standard operating procedures, and eventually decide, whether these queries can be resolved by you or by other teams.
- Each contact has to be accepted and each interaction has to be dealt with empathy.
- Functioning and practical documentation are a must, your capability in finding gaps is crucial.
- Providing improvements in order to increase the effectiveness of our services will be valuable.
- Communication via email, phone, and chat, where you will settle queries of your fellow employees.
- Active participation in a team, working on customer feedback to achieve improvements.
