Are you detail-oriented, organized, and fluent in both German and English? Do you have a passion for HR operations and supporting employees in their day-to-day needs? We have a great opportunity for you to join a global company with a strong presence in industrial technologies, supporting their Time & Attendance processes across the EMEA and APAC regions.

What will you do?

  • Process Time & Attendance data (overtime, work from home, vacations, parental leaves, etc.)
  • Manage and update employee records in internal systems
  • Support payroll inputs and generate regular reports
  • Communicate with employees and managers across regions, mainly in German
  • Provide guidance on T&A policies and ensure data compliance
  • Help improve internal processes and support HR projects

Location: Prague (hybrid)

Salary: 56 000 – 84 000 CZK/month

Contract: 6-month contract with a possibility of extension

Workload: Full-time

Požadavky
  • Previous experience in an HR admin, payroll, or operations role is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • German – minimum B2 level
  • English – minimum B2 level
  • Basic experience with ticketing or HR systems is welcome
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • A team player with strong communication skills
