WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?

• Location Czech Republic or willingness to relocate
• Professional communication skills in German and advanced English
• Participation on the onsite training in Brno for 6 or 10 weeks (depending on whether you work from the office or from home afterwards - we cover accommodation)
• experience in client care , customer suuport etc. - advantage
• time flexibility and the ability to work in shifts (including weekends)
• punctuality, reliability, professional approach to work
