International company with friendly environment, excellent benefits and enormous success on business market is looking for a new team member - Customer Service Specialist with Spanish.
You will be responsible for:
- Communication in Czech and Spanish via email and phone (not a high volume)
- Providing sales advice and support when clients are willing to buy a company product
- Processing orders in a company system
- Handling of service request (client is asking for different type of product, is willing to return product in case he is not satisfied with the product etc.)
Požadavky
- Customer service experience min 1 year
- Command of Spanish (at least B2) and English (C1)
- MS Office
- Client orientation and very good communication skills
