As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for:
- Manage your own portfolio of customers and build long-term relationships
- Provide customer support via phone and email, ensuring a high level of service
- Guide customers throughout the entire order-to-cash process
- Assist with order entry, purchase orders, logistics, deliveries, and related inquiries
- Handle customer requests, maintain accurate records, and complete administrative tasks
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collect customer feedback and contribute to continuous process improvements
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues while providing professional advice and support
Contract: 1 year with a possibility of prolongation
Start: immediately
Location: Prague 3
Požadavky
- Fluent ENGLISH min. B2+ in oral and written form
- Knowledge of FRENCH, GERMAN or ITALIAN min. B2
- Experience from corporate environment
- communication skills
- Previous customer service work experience or administration
- Ability to work under pressure
