As a Claims Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and resolving reinsurance claims, including independent assessment and decision-making
• Analyzing claim data and documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and appropriate outcomes
• Working with internal systems and advanced Excel functions for data analysis and reporting
• Collaborating closely with Underwriters, Pricing, and other stakeholders on case strategy
• Identifying process improvements and contributing to best practices within the team
