BIW SHOP ENGINEER | BATTERY TRAY | AUTOMOBILE
Popis pozice
- Design, develop, and optimize processes for manufacturing battery trays within the BIW (Body-in-White) shop.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, suppliers, and production technicians to troubleshoot production issues and enhance product quality.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure the production line meets safety and regulatory standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and implement corrective actions to avoid recurrence.
- Develop and modify production layouts using design software (e.g., CATIA, AutoCAD), ensuring all changes align with technical specifications and quality standards.
Požadavky
- Relocation to Košice region in Slovak Republic.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in engineering-related subjects.
- More than 5 years of engineering experience in highly automation OEMs.
- Have strong communication and coordination, problem solving ability, strong innovation ability and pressure resistance.
- Quick leaner, good computer software skills, PPT master is a plus.
- Excellent in English listening, speaking, written skills, and presentation.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on an occasional basis.
