Job Description:
- Telephone and email communication with clients and partners
- Independent handling of assistance cases and claims
- Verification of client details and scope of services
- Case registration and management in internal systems, including insurance claim administration
- Coordination of assistance services through contracted suppliers
- Arranging payments to clients and service providers
- Responsible cost-related decision-making and finding efficient solutions
- Cross-team collaboration, including communication with international partners
- Compliance with internal procedures and contribution to teamwork and a friendly working environment
