Key Responsibilities:

• Review accommodations for compliance and safety.
• Serve as subject matter expert on disability legislation and accommodation processes.
• Manage full-cycle accommodation cases.
• Coordinate with leave case managers for smooth transitions.

Communicate outcomes and distribute Job Accommodation Records.

Guide HR and employees on complex RTW scenarios.

Handle high-volume caseloads with accuracy.

• Ensure proper documentation and system updates.

• Deliver training to staff and HR.

Liaise with internal teams and third-party vendors.
