How to participate in the competition?
By completing the questionnaire from Grafton Recruitment (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”) on one of the link below (hereinafter referred to as the “Link”).

When will the competition take place?
The competition will take place from 3/1/2024, 10 am to 2/2/2024, 2 pm.

Who will win?
The competitor who provides a guess closest to the resulting number:

“Guess how many persons will answer this questionnaire” (hereinafter referred to as the “Guessing Question”) and whose guess will be the nearest to the correct answer.

General competition terms and conditions

Competition organiser 

The Organiser is Grafton Recruitment s.r.o., with its registered office at Palladium, Na Poříčí 3a
110 00 Prague 1, Business Reg. No.: 62583344, registered in the Companies Register administered by the Municipal Court in Prague,  file no. C 33542.

Duration 

Only questionnaires filled in between 3/1/2024, 10 am and 2/2/2024, 2 pm will qualify for the competition.

Conditions of participation 

The participant will participate in the competition when he/she fills in on any of the website below:

the complete questionnaire and answers a guessing question. The winner is competitor who provides a guess closest to the resulting number. In case of multiple identical answers, the earliest correct answer wins. The questionnaire can only be filled in once. In order to participate in the guessing competition and so that we can contact you in case you win, please fill in your contact details. The Organiser reserves the right to change the competition rules anytime or to terminate the competition.

Prize 

The first competitor with the closest guess in the guessing question and a completely filled in questionnaire on the website:

shall win one portable instant printer INSTAX LINK WIDE.

Winners 

The winner will be the first competitor with the closest guesses in the guessing question and a completely filled in questionnaire at the moment of the competition closing on 2nd February 2024, at 2 pm.

Notification and handing over the prizes 

To notify the competitors of a win, contact details specified by the participant in the filled in competition form will be used. Winners will be informed via email by 31st March 2024 at the latest. Prize will be personally handed over at certain offices by 31st May 2024.

Way of handing over prize 

Prize will be handed over to participant in person under an agreement at an address of the operator’s branches. If the winner fails to respond to the sent notification about the win within 10 days from being contacted, his/her prize shall be forfeited to the organiser without any compensation.

I. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS

1.1
The subject of these general competition terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Competition Terms and Conditions”) is to set the binding rules on the basis of which the competition organised on this website will take place.

1.2
The relationships between the Organiser and the Competitors are governed by these Competition Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) unless special Competition terms and conditions or the notification of the Competition announcement posted on the Organiser’s website specify otherwise.

 

II. DEFINITION OF USED TERMS

2.1
The Organiser is Grafton Recruitment s.r.o., with its registered office at Palladium, Na Poříčí 3a, 110 00 Prague 1, Business Reg. No.: 62583344, registered in the Companies Register administered by the Municipal Court in Prague, file no. C 33542.

2.2
The Organiser will provide information about the competition in the form of direct posting on its website and social media pages. Facebook is a social media platform found at www.facebook.com servers or in their original applications (Facebook). The website of the Organiser is: www.grafton.cz (hereinafter referred to as the Site) and the list of email addresses is the exclusive property of the Organiser.

2.3
A Competitor is a person, who - in the course of the competition - responds to the questionnaire posted at one of the following address.

2.4
A Competitor is a User participating in the Competition announced by the Organiser.

2.5
The Competition winners are the first three Users who guess closest to the number of responded questionnaires obtained in the course of the competition and who at the same time have met the competition conditions. Winner is announced after the competition completion.

2.6
The competition announcement means the notification of the Competition taking place, published by the Organiser on the relevant Site and follows these Competition conditions.

2.7
The Competition beginning is the day indicated as the Competition beginning in the Competition announcement.

2.8
The Competition completion is the day indicated as the Competition completion in the Competition announcement.

III. GENERAL RULES

3.1
All registered Users, who agree with these Competition Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions, except for the employees and co-workers of the Organiser and their family members, may participate in the competition.

3.2
Even natural persons with their permanent residence outside the territory of the Czech Republic may participate in the competition.

3.3
Persons who do not accept these Competition Terms and Conditions are not allowed to participate in the Competition.

3.4
The competition is regarded as started by its announcement on the Organiser’s Site.

3.5
A Competitor will participate in the Competition by filling in the questionnaire posted on some of the website address below.

3.6
The prize will be handed over by the Organiser by 31st May 2024 at the latest in person at certain branches of the Organiser. In this way, the obligation of handing over the prize to the Winner shall be satisfied.

3.7
No warranty is provided for prizes. The Organiser is not even responsible for any defects and damages to the subject of Winning from the moment of its handing over. The Competitor acknowledges this.

3.8
Winning is not legally enforceable.

IV. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE COMPETITOR

4.1
The Competitor declares that he/she is taking part in the Competition voluntarily.

4.2
The Competitor is obliged to specify his complete and correct contact details to the Organiser, which are crucial for handing over the prize.

4.3
The winning Competitor is required to respond to the Organiser’s notification within 10 days. Otherwise, his/her entitlement to winning is invalidated.

4.4
Communication by the Organiser will be carried out via email sent to the address specified by the Competitor in the questionnaire.

4.5
If the winner fails to respond to the notification within 10 days, the prize is forfeited to the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right to determine an alternative winner, who will in this way will in place of the original winner who had failed to respond to the notification.

4.6
The Competitor is obliged to behave in such a way as not to breach applicable legislation of the Czech Republic and not to cause any harm to the Organiser and/or other competitors, as the case may be, though his/her behaviour.

V. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE ORGANISER

5.1
The Organiser is obliged to inform each Winner of the fact of him/her becoming a Winner by 31st March 2024 via the email address specified by the Winner in the questionnaire.

5.2
The Organiser will comply with his obligation to hand over the prize to the Winner by handing it over in person at one of the Organiser’s offices.

5.3
The Organiser is not responsible for any damages the prize may cause to the Winner and/or other persons coming into contact with the prize.

5.4
The Organiser reserves the right to suspend, amend or terminate the competition without giving any reasons in case of serious unexpected events or force majeure. In this case, the Competitor is not entitled to any compensation or settlement.

5.5
The Organiser is not responsible for any damages or losses from system or software failure caused by the unpremeditated actions of the Organiser. In this case, the Organiser reserves the right to suspend, change or terminate the competition without giving any reasons. The Competitor is not entitled to any compensation or settlement.

VI. PERSONAL DETAILS

6.1
All data obtained from the Competitor are considered personal and are subject to the protection under Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on Personal Data Protection and GDPR regulation valid from 25th May 2018. The Competitor confirms the he/she in particular agrees with the fact that the provision of data is voluntary and that he/she is entitled to access to them. Your personal data will only be processed by Gi Group/Grafton Recruitment s.r.o., the Competition Organiser, solely for the purpose of processing and evaluating the competition and contacting in relation to the winning.

6.2
The Organiser undertakes to ensure that the personal data of Competitors will not be disclosed in any way to any third person not associated with the Organiser, Grafton Recruitment s.r.o. The Competitor agrees that the data of winners containing the name, surname and the town/city, where the winner lives, may be published at web portals and Facebook site of the Organiser.

VII. FINAL PROVISIONS

7.1
These Competition Terms and Conditions have been created in accordance with applicable laws and other legal regulations of the Czech Republic. The Competitor by his/her participation in the Competition confirms that he/she has been acquainted with them in a demonstrable way and undertakes to comply with them.

7.2
The Organiser reserves the right to change and amend these Competition Terms and Conditions. In such a case, the Organiser will announce changes by the notification on its Sites.

7.3
​These Competition Terms and Conditions are valid from 3. 1. 2024.
