A worldwide known e-commerce company is expanding its risk management team by a German-speaking member who wants to start a career in financial sector while communicating with customers.
Rather than having experience, you should have fluent German and be motivated to excel at the position.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with different stakeholders
- Controlling incoming transactions
- Analysing patterns and decreasing the number of frauds
- Supporting other risk management related departments
- Assisting with process improvements
- Participating in a variety of projects
Požadavky
- Fluency in German and English (min. C1)
- Great communication skills
- Detail-oriented customer-centred approach
- Skill-set combining discipline, proactivity and flexibility
- Previous experience in customer service and interest in e-commerce is advantageous
