- Support of Project Management Support in virtual, hybrid and real events
- Invitation process for internal and external guests
- Tool based participation management
- Setup and upload of digital content
- Content Management Systems
- Setup of Event Apps
- Coordination of risk management processes and support of testing routines prior to virtual events
- Continuous improvement of CMS Intranet pages
- Content training
