We are looking for an HR Project Coordinator / PMO to support a major Payroll Transformation project involving changes to payroll and time & attendance service providers.You will work closely with project leadership and cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities, monitor progress, prepare management reports and ensure effective communication across stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and proactive professional with experience in project coordination or PMO.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities, timelines, milestones and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards and presentations for management.
• Organize project meetings, workshops and governance sessions.
• Track project risks, issues, dependencies and action items, following up on their resolution.
• Coordinate communication between HR, IT, external vendors and business stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and support project governance and implementation readiness.

Contract length: 12 months with potential to extention
