Are you an experienced payroll professional with a strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes? Do you have experience with payroll transformation, system implementation or process improvement? We are looking for a Payroll Functional Consultant with German to join an international transformation project in Prague. In this role, you will act as the link between Payroll, HR, Finance, IT and external implementation partners, helping to translate business needs into effective payroll solutions and supporting the project from requirements gathering through implementation and stabilization.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in payroll discovery and requirements workshops and translate business needs into functional requirements
• Map end-to-end payroll processes and identify gaps, risks and improvement opportunities
• Represent Payroll in solution design discussions and validate proposed solutions
• Support data mapping, migration, reconciliations and integrations with HR, Time & Attendance and Finance
• Prepare and review test scenarios, acceptance criteria and expected results
• Support system testing, UAT, end-to-end testing, payroll parallel runs and defect resolution
• Coordinate functional activities, risks, issues and dependencies across internal teams and external partners
• Support cutover, go-live, hypercare and stabilization and ensure a smooth transition to payroll operations
