Are you interested in HR, project coordination and international environments? Do you enjoy improving processes, working with people and taking ownership?We are looking for an HR Program Specialist to support global expansion programs and work with teams across different countries and functions.
What will you do?
- Support and coordinate global HR expansion projects
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities and ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate internal communications across teams and stakeholders
- Help develop and improve HR processes and procedures
- Work with stakeholders across different teams and countries
- Support training, development and other HR programs
- Use data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
Start: ASAP
Location: Prague 8
Contract: Fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension
Požadavky
- Experience in HR, communications, project/program management or process improvement
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- A proactive, hands-on approach and strong sense of ownership
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, international environment
- Analytical mindset and interest in improving processes
