We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with fluent French language. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and sales reps, ensuring their requests and orders are handled with professionalism, accuracy, and a solutions-driven mindset.
What You’ll Do:
- Process customer orders and handle inquiries from clients, distributors and sales reps.
- Support with credit notes, re-bills, and issue resolution.
- Communicate across departments via CRM to resolve service requests.
- Provide accurate product information and identify upsell opportunities.
- Ensure smooth complaint handling and compliance with internal procedures.
Location: Prague - Palmovka
Start: immediately
Salary: 50 - 55 000 CZK/month
Požadavky
- Fluent English and French, with excellent communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience in an international company is an advantage.
- Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Commercial awareness and ability to spot sales opportunities.
