You will be accountable for:

• Daily communication with customers in Polish via phone or mail
• Responding to questions and queries about company product via phone
• Research of information about company product
• Using of company system according to company´s criterions
• Adding of new customers into the company system
• Handling requests and complaints of clients
• Readiness to calm down a customer if necessary
