Customer service manager with German will be responsible for:
- Portfolio of assigned clients
- Processing of their orders in SAP
- Resolution of their queries and troubleshooting
- Related administrative tasks
- Reporting
- Communication within internal teams as well as with stakeholders
Contract: 1 year
Start: immediately
Location: Prague 3
Požadavky
- Previous experience from client care
- English and Italian min. B2+ in both oral and spoken form
- Perfect communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Professional attitude
