🎯 Key Responsibilities
Opportunity Identification & Strategy: Monitor, analyze, and evaluate European (EU), national (CZ), regional (CEE), and local grant programs to identify high-value funding streams for healthcare initiatives.
Application & Proposal Leadership: Lead the end-to-end development, structuring, and optimization of complex funding proposals and applications to maximize success rates.
Project Governance & Lifecycle Management: Oversee funded projects through their entire lifecycle—ensuring compliant implementation, financial monitoring, milestone reporting, and complete audit readiness.
Stakeholder & Advisory Engagement: Build trust-based relationships with public sector authorities, hospital administrators, and funding agencies. Deliver workshops and training on investment planning and funding navigation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal commercial, clinical, marketing, and executive leadership to align funding opportunities with overarching business growth strategies.
🧠 What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, OR
Master’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, OR
Advanced Degree (PhD/JD/etc.) with 2+ years of relevant experience.
Domain Expertise: Proven track record in healthcare funding, EU/public grant management, public financing structures, project management, or specialized healthcare consulting.
Lifecycle Mastery: Demonstrated success leading public-sector funding applications from initial regulatory evaluation through submission, grant administration, and reporting.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Czech and English (written and spoken) with strong capabilities in public-sector communication and report writing.
Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel up to 70% within the Czech Republic for stakeholder meetings and project site visits.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience structuring multi-source financing models or public-private partnerships (PPPs) in healthcare.
Strong familiarity with Czech national healthcare priorities, public procurement, and EU regional development frameworks.
Excellent workshop facilitation, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
