An international company with family-like atmosphere is looking for a team leader of AP accountants. The team cover German-speaking countries hence you will daily use German and English alongside your accounting experience.
Daily tasks:
- Assisting with team development
- Communicating and supporting your team
- Participating on process improvements
- Team-related people management
- Cooperiting with auditors
- Preparing various projects
- Coaching and mentoring your team members
- Assisting with AP reports and statements
Požadavky
- Previous experience in AP (min 3 years)
- Advanced knowledge of English and German (min B2), Czech beneficial
- Active user of MS office, SAP is an advantage
- Communicative person with hands-on approach
- Experience in project management is beneficial
- Target-oriented leader who can support and motivate the team
