For a successful referral you will receive 3 000 CZK! If your candidate is successful during the recruitment process and Grafton Recruitment places him/her with the company, you will receive your referral bonus.

To refer a candidate, all you need to do is share a link to the position to a suitable candidate and he/she will apply through it and mention your name in an email or WhatsApp +420 601 204 507

Rules
1.    This program is open to anyone who would like to refer a colleague, friend or acquaintance.
2.    The referral record must be sent by email or whatsapp/viber message to a Grafton Recruitment consultant, stating the name of the person who referred them.
3.    Remuneration will be paid once the candidate has taken up the said position through Grafton Recruitment and has remained in the job for a minimum of 3 months.
4.    The bonus will not be paid if the recommended candidate terminates the employment contract within the first 3 months.
5.    The reward will be paid in one lump sum by bank transfer directly into the referrer's account.
